1. Information we collect

We may also collect information from app stores when you download or update one of our applications. We may also receive personal information about you from other third-party service providers and advertising partners.
• Information from third party surverys: We may invite you to participate in surveys facilitated by third party survey partners. From these services we will collect the information you provide as well as you userID in order to be able to match it with your in-game information. You will always be made aware that you are being transfered to the third party service before the collection starts and thus have the opportunity to opt out. The partners policies will be made available to you and we encourage you to review them before participating in the survey.
2. Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data to others.
Kakaogames will only share your personal data as explained below:
- Other Users.
To other users/friends if you choose to share such information;
- Service Providers.
Third-party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents that perform functions on our behalf may be outside your home country.

3. Who do we disclose your information to
We use some third parties to help us deliver the best possible experience (e.g., cloud services to back up your data, support ticketing and fraud detection). We also have affiliates around the world who help us deliver the Game Services and we may be required by a court or legal obligation to disclose certain information in some circumstances.
4. Age guidelines
Protecting children's privacy is extremely important to us. We also encourage parents and/or guardians to always take an active role in their child's online experience.
Our products are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.
